To study Physics it is very important to reliase the situation try to see the things the way it is happening. For example suppose you are going through rotational motion topic which is one of the most complicated chapter in Physics. First whatever the situation just draw on the paper as clear as you can then your next move will be to look what related concept you know abut it or which concept is best suitable for it. Write down the related formulae and proceed. To solve questions in Physics there is few concept only which apply again and again. 1. Force Balance 2. Torque balance 3. Conservation of momentum 4. Conservation of energy 5. conservation of charge 6. Conservation of mass. So if you are perfet with these 6 concept I believe you can go through 80% of the Physics.

There is no predefined way to build concentration. You will be focused and concentrated only if you find the subject interesting. If you aren't, and I mean you really dislike the subject, then there is no way you will be able to concentrate while studying it. Physics, that way is quite interesting and pretty easy to follow. I would suggest you read books like Resnick and Halliday or H. C Varma first, then try solving some basic and easy questions. When you find yourself being able to answer those questions, you will gain confidence and start liking it. Once you've developed this liking, concentrating will be effortless.
