Will I be able to prepare for IIT?
Hi Shreyas !! I feel you are among those special kids who plan their future early. Start Early & beat the competition. I would suggest you "Halliday Resnick Krane" for Physics. It is a pleasure read book, which helps you to relish theory and forces you to ponder over those fine points which we call as "concepts" in today's jargon. For Maths I would suggest start solving Higher Algebra by "Hall & knight". If you have any problems in understanding these books we are there for you to help and assist. Regards, Himanshu Sachdeva

For physics you should read H C Verma for 9th and 10th class along with NCERT. You definitely would be able to prepare for IIT as you are one of those very few who take this decision so early. BEST OF LUCK.

I would suggest you first focus on the NCERT books and make sure that you are able to solve all questions by actually understanding the logic and not by mugging the answers. No other special book required in 9th class.
