Physics & Maths tutor, JEE Main and Advanced Expert, IIT Delhi Student, Olympiad Specialist
If you want to crack the JEE and get admission into IIT, you need to be able to solve questions of higher order and a higher level.
I would suggest that you seek help regarding the material that is being taught to you. Maybe the fault is lying in the way things are being taught. If a topic is not taught with absolute clarity, you won't be able to solve questions that require you to think outside the box.
You can always approach me or any other tutors online or offline for guidance. I'm sure it will help and be fruitful.
That being said, even if you have the best teachers in the world, if you do not put in sufficient efforts, it will all be a waste. While the teacher is teaching, you must pay attention, and ask questions if you don't understand. No teacher is going to refuse to answer your doubts, far as I know :)
Also, after the topic has been taught to you, attempt questions based purely on that topic immediately, so that the information gets imprinted in your mind and you have a clearer understanding of how to solve problems related to that particular topic.
