About Madhu Lekha Guntaka

Currently I am in my 4th year at IIT Bombay, I am pursuing majors in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Communications. For the past two years, I am tutoring students preparing for AIEEE, IIT-JEE in Maths, Physics and Chemistry and have been guiding students throughout.
Having cleared IIT-JEE with an AIR of 330, what I believe is that it is not just a matter of being clever, but it is a strategy on how you work for it. Get the concept right and work for it in a directed manner, you are there. I advocate the same to my students. I'm convenient with teaching all the subjects, but specifically love Organic Chemistry, Mechanics and Electromagnetics. Having relatively free time here in the institute even with all the extracurricular activities, prompts me to pursue this interest in teaching and always "To teach is to learn".

Objective

Once you understand and co-relate the topics, there would be very less to memorize. My focus would be on bringing out this. Dream it, Plan it, Work it, Achieve it!

Educational Qualification

Dual Degree(B.Tech+M.Tech) from IIT Bombay in Electrical Engineering- Honors in Communication, 2016

The BITSAT exam, one of the most competitive and sought after engineering entrances of India is held roughly 40 days after 12th board. Ask a question

Practice, practice and practice! That is the only hack for learning application. Do as many questions as possible, especially paragraph type ones and matrix matching. They give you lot of insight into linking your concepts to questions. Don't look at the answers if you are unable to solve something, think of it for a day. Look up to the conc...

Read NCERT textbooks for building up fundamentals. They are exhaustive in the content with respect to IIT JEE and have clear explanations for everything. The new e-books also have the feature of animated content for better understanding. Once you've got them, you can have O.P. Tandon for Inorganic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry as referenc...

Hello Swetha, Glad to see that you are so interested. If you are planning for a self-study, as many of our's previous suggestions, you'll need to spend 5-6 hours a day in understanding the topics and practicing problems. It's okay that you missed, you still have time to cover up. As of now, go along with the schedule being ...

Silly mistakes ! I take them as the slip-ups which happen inspite of having conceptual knowledge. I can totally understand the part they play in deciding your score. Practice is the key for anything. It generally happens that we don't put the easy problems on paper while practicing, the hard ones we do and the same attitude carries on to the...

Hard work definitely is , but I would say smart work is the key to jee. Your parents have more faith in you than on a coaching centre which means you are a bright kid by nature, cheer up ! There's nothing to feel low about, we still have time and you can work it out for sure.    Let us see this in two steps, getting to a level ...
